Organization is having a good product and policy as compared with other NBFC's. For example ROI, PF. It helps sales team to source files from market. Good job security and also there no any offensive language used by supervisors.

No powers to BM for any recommendations towards file sanction, increasing loan amount, reducing ROI,etc. Credit officer or credit manager will not support for business. Disbursement, cheque printing is a challenging task for sales. No scan basis Disbursement booking. Lengthy process for recruiting DSA/Connector and also faced difficulties for dsa payouts. Dsa's are not supporting for referring business though the product and policy is good. Reporting bosses will be able to concentrate only on logins and Disbursement, but never addressed to ops or credit for delay in disbursement and delay in cheque printing....Read More
