I like the work environment of the place and the liberty they give to their teachers to prove their mettle in whatever they are best at

Dislikes

I was one of the top employees their but was still not satisfied with the appraisal. Changing management was one of the biggest reason of dissatisfaction

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion.
