we can self motivate ourselves because there will be no one to motivate us,

There is no adequate training for employees, no job security, no learning experience, very humiliating package even for engineers wit o arrears ie. just 6000/- pm, no leaves, only on Sundays, high salary deduction on additional leave taken. high politics, often clashes with management and union.

As a service engineer, my work includes managing of workshop outcome,I set all my employees attendance, place order of certain tools as per employees requirement, set up incentive, and also deal with customers complaints because they cannot afford a CCM
