A very professional organisation. With no stress or tension. Very humane senior management staff. Working hours were open for operator’s and there was no insistence for being at the workplace from any to any stipulated time. Leave of absence due genuine reasons was never an issue. Financial dues were immediately resolved and paid out. Operationally equipment was repaired or replaced forthwith. Cleanliness was insisted upon to ensure healthy working atmosphere. Discipline was utmost and the establishment held the hand when in disciplined were boarded out without questioning the Operators. Overall a superb place/organisation to work with!! No efforts to improve working conditions for staff unfortunately during my tenure. New construction and repairs took endless days and time. No consideration for lower staff comfort. Regretfully no efforts to improve the facia and look of the CNG Stations. Unfortunately materials given for the operation at the CNG Station were procured at very high costs and didn’t and couldn’t stand the vagaries of weather and were ineffective in no time.
