The management keeps on changing and there is no accountability. HR policies keep on changing overnight and enforced disrupting domestic life and plans. Not at all trustworthy.

Dislikes

HR policies are made with zero respect to employees. Salary revisions are done 5-6 months into the new year. Increment is peanuts and unacceptable explanations are given. Promotions are given with 8% hike only.

There is one Deputy Manager named Anil Panigrahy in US process . Does not do any thing . Other than bringing in Gossiping about both seniors and juniors . Does this all Day and entire month . He shares monthly PPT but that also prepared by his team members. Dont review any tasks .some times just check on if the task completed and if you say that I need some help and guidance then no help provided and you will be scolded . That what is his managerial duty all about . And he is very well paid for doing nothing .
