The company is a manufacturing company of sheet metal . Company environment is friendly. But high politic in upper level. No job security in this company therefore high level politic. company provided training on monthly basis as per requirement. And company corporate not supported in any issue with staff & worker.

I feel dislike about Indo Autotech Limited. career growth not accepted in indo. many person doing last 7 year. but any growth with them. Salary appraisal maximum in indo is 7% / year.

Overall good for start.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes I have to work 14 -18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.
