Salary they offered was great but this was at a time when market was booming, now they will haggle with you for 1LPA

Dislikes

Terrible work life balance, your managers and higher folks think they own 24 hours of your time just because you're an employee of the company

Work Details

Work policy: 2 days/week from office

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
