Very bad experience with working at centre, Doctor doesn’t treat you well bcz of there position and shows there frustration of there home at the staff and do cheap things like taking pictures from cctv and upload in the official group do politics and play favourites.management never listen to your problems and queries and the doctoronly follow money oriented approach instead of being patient oriented very bad behaviour even with the patient never to them politely.if you are willing to join Ghaziabad Rdc center then please be extra careful from these two persons one is doctor and second is floor coordinator(her favourite). I joined initialy for salary only.

No. Of things Poor management.(Center Head), very unprofessional behaviour. Center head used to deny even their own said words. Work ethics are poor too. Very limited access to important softwares. Not recommended to a ln accountant specialy. There are no celeberation 0 budget for celeveration. Even some old employees use to defame new young employees. Etc.

No appreciation for Hard work only favourite staff gets rewarded only criticism and partiality can not enjoy personal life no emergency leave worst management centre head(senior doctor)is very lightly towards patients not taking responsibility,, playing politics toxic environment and very toxic staff back stabbing mental harrasment by the staff HR won't help
