Pathetic culture..Awful top management. A LALA company that is trying to be corporate.. Disgusting management..

No training and development practices. The top management listens to only Chaaploos people. They threw their 1000+ employees out of the organisation pan India just by the recommendation of newly appointed CEO. In this difficult times of corona when every company was trying to save the jobs of its employees, these Indira ivf top management ate the jobs of their employees! Surely a crap company.

I joined initialy for salary only.

No. Of things Poor management.(Center Head), very unprofessional behaviour. Center head used to deny even their own said words. Work ethics are poor too. Very limited access to important softwares. Not recommended to a ln accountant specialy. There are no celeberation 0 budget for celeveration. Even some old employees use to defame new young employees. Etc.

No appreciation for Hard work only favourite staff gets rewarded only criticism and partiality can not enjoy personal life no emergency leave worst management centre head(senior doctor)is very lightly towards patients not taking responsibility,, playing politics toxic environment and very toxic staff back stabbing mental harrasment by the staff HR won't help
