HR policies for employees are worst. actually they have no policies for employees benefit. Sr Managers, HR team and Management are worst, they will not support you in your difficult time. if you are taking your future seriously then dont even try to think about Indira Ivf.

Am I on right path?

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role.
