Nice Organisation to work with. Very good working environment. They give many facilities to the employees.

Dislikes

As there are many projects going on sometimes it is very hectic to cope up and manage all projects in the same time.

Work Details

I am currently working as an SAP MM consultant in this company. It is a big opportunity for me to work in government projects and client and implement SAP

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
