It is a Product based company and has a great learning curves. Friendly employees and a great work place with good work life balance.

Work Details

If you have some basic knowledge of Rummy, Poker and Sports betting that's enough to get a job here and any ways you'll be trained after getting hired.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
