In this company low educatEd people work in management and get high salary, promotion. Also get extra income by doing corruption in maintenance. Job Security. Nothing to do extra. Don't get noticed by others, no one gonna ask you anything. It just like invisible and the best part is nobody is going to search for you.

Your work and you doesn't matter for them. If you have relatives in parent company then it's the only place for you. No HR department is there and some managers from other organizations(parent companies) running it. They came only to spent few years and to make benefits of their relatives. No one is there for employees and company benefit.
