The management is excellent in bringing out the solutions for various critics in marketing & promtion of client business., Ethical & honest with clients and the staff. Fantastic part is management will give the task to Managers with the freedom of making decisions and driving the work at the same time management will be ready 24X7 to guide and support us.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
