Terrible work experience, once you will join you will loose your mental health as well as other jon opportunities

They very smartly hire you at high CTC including a huge variable amount, but they won't give you that variable pay. Before appraisal, they will fire you so that you can not get the huge variable amount. Also due to high CTC, you will not get another job, It is a trap don't join this organization otherwise you will regret it at last.
