Likes

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is good cafeteria and sports arcade for sports enthusiast. Company policies are good, appraisals are timely and fair.

Dislikes

Quite delay in getting quarter facilities (depending on location and division) due to lack of availability of vacant quarters but the company do provide HRA to those who resides outside.

Work Details

One in Refinery division needs to be very precise as there is no scope for faults and mishandling of critical equipments and unit parameters. Person who is in DCS needs to monitor each parameter very precisely and take actions accordingly.

Work days: Rotational Shift (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
