Its a Huge organisation.. I really wonder how everything gets managed so perfectly.. yes glitches are there but it still wonderful.... And if you want to learn them is the best place to start your career... Initial 3 to 5 years would be sufficient to learn and to get an expert in an field..

Culture.. behaviour of the workers... It can easily be seen the satisfaction level of 100% of job security on their faces and in their way of speech
