Good work environment and culture.Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.

Salary is decent but career growth is slow.They have a limitation of appraising only 3-4 people at the time of performance appraisal that's why at the most of the time even deserving candidate doesn't get appraised which brings down the morale of an employee.

The job is quite interesting!I learnt everything on the job as I was fresher at the time of joining.I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.
