There is absolute breakdown of systems and cultures. Senior Professionals are nor provided basic facilities to sit and work which is compounded by unceremonious transfers and role changes. Senior employees face major inconvenience during office tour due to lack of hotel room and top management makes no effort to resolve this. There is absolute lack of cooperation amongst employees and animosity amongst each other is encouraged coupled with unhealthy competition and back biting.
