The campus is good and they provide Housing to all the employees which is like JIndal group hr philosophy The faculties are too good and unmatched You can meet some of the best people here as most people aspire to work at jgu till they join jgu so you meet some best brains here The Vc used to be a very good leader who used to be very caring and was very helpful but now with so many people working it gets difficult to be that caring and he has become very busy and at times heartless they paid salary to employees even during pandemic but kept talking about it as if they were the only one while there were so many other universities also which did the same...Read More

HR, the HR department is the worst, huge bias and nepotism happens here, even women are not safe working here. with faculty they are good but admin staff are treated very badly here and that's why so many people left very recently. the best people have left and joined Jio,asoka,and many other institutions You have to keep buttering the top management(except VC who is a good man) to get appraisal and good designations. Here you will meet people in high designations who cant even speak English properly to people at high designations its because of the same. you keep buttering you are always happy here if someone works hard they put all the work on that guy, sincere people leave the company because they know nothing can be done, they don't complain to VC also because he is also helpless. IT wise its the most backward university, while joining only they will make you sign so many papers, while it has a school for environment protection, the employees hr management tool is very bad and the head of IT is completely useless he is there just because he has some good jack. the university is totally backward in It systems for faculty it was good and is still better than others , but now so many faculty are there faculty also have issues, for staff worst place to work you will never be rewarded for your hard work,its how close you are to upper management that matters...Read More

Great ambiance with excellent campus vibes. World class faculty with superb infrastructure. Vibrant community of students with diversified background.

Dislikes

No vision of the top management. Toxic bosses with no care about the brand of Jindal. No feedback mechanism to hear the grievances or inputs for improvement by the management from its employees. Those who are old in the system and sitting on the positions of directors and deans are exploiting the world class facilities provided by Jindals and don’t want the new employees to grow and perform.
