Company is okay only for people who want to begin their career like wise training/apprenticeship holders owing to lack of responsibilities so they have better option to learn technical and professional skill as well. Moreover growth for higher management team is also pretty satisfactory.

As I had worked about 8 plus years experience with organization and I always worked with full of enthusiasm. However, management didn't notice about my selfless hardwork towards company (i.e individual project holder, work distribution, team management, attend clients, inventory control, official work & documentation etc) Even they increased very less increment as annual basis, honestly speaking that was felt shame to reveal in front of someone else. In addition, there were no much differences between unskilled/illiterated or skilled employee's post or salaries etc. But there were very few people who were getting all facilities, who use to shake the yes of management and were always ahead in doing dirty politics....Read More

One of the worst companies... alok goyal force staff to resign for the sake of his own benefit.. zero job security even to those who gave 15-20 years of the life in job with dedication.. Karma will pay you back all and then you will realise how bad deeds you did.. u will suffer and ur family and company too will suffer because u have just considered ur own benefit

Alok Goyal karma will return you whatever you have given to others.. u just wait and pray but I know lord will make u suffer not only u but ur family and children will also suffer because of u and then u will realise how it feels when u forcibly ask employees to resign
