Doing work from Home is a great initiative taken for the safety of employees

Lots of internal politics. You will feel low all time. No one will support you in your bad time. Manager will put you in front of seniors to explain business. Everyone work as manager, not leader.

Very unstructured policies Every year they change structure. You won’t be survive. HR doesn’t have belief on its employees Sweet by face, rude by work/decision.
