I did not like anything in that company.

I won't even rate it as % for job security. Because they will terminate employees at any time. There will be no proper reasons for termination. I have seen 8 managers were terminated at a time. A team called MS1 contained 18 employees were terminated with no reason. (They say the project is closed) Irresponsible Human resource managers.
