Every single thing in HR Department. POLITICS !!! You wont get recognized for your hard work. Tells us to work even on Sundays. High Pressure. People lack work ethics. I wont recommend this company to anyone.

Formerly this company's name is Coromandel Fertilizers Limited ( Cement Plant ) after acquisition by the India cements Limited mostly rules and employees befits are collapsed.

Dislikes

Compensation and growth is very slow. There is no recognition for hard workers. I manage the totally one section about five years, but there is no appreciation.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
