They are failing to satisfy employee. Like job role, provision for stay, never consider about employee career, even wages for work(promotion&increment). I am a geologist. Working in a lab since I joined 4 years ago. Infact they don't concern my request, even requesting many times. My career has here collapsed. As a Fresher i learned alot about Mining and Cement manufacturing process after joining in this company.Especially my HOD always encouraged me to Learn from the Base which helped me to know more about other department works also. I've statutorily gained enough knowledge and can handle Liaisoning work independently.
