A nice organisation to work with. This is a kind of organisation with teaches you the art of managing effeciently with limited resources. Had a great learning curve during my work tenure in this organisation. Work-culture is suberb as yu feel to have becum the part of the decisions taken by top management. Runs on very ethical business practices.
