If considering employment here, it's advised to avoid involvement with Aditi and her projectsto avoid potential mental stress. Numerous complaints about her conduct have been raised to HR, yet no actions has been taken, likely due to familial connections within the company. Establishing a positive rapport with Aashish Singla is recommended to navigate the environment effectively. The company tends to excessively for salary increments. Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
