Politics , company surrounding between 4 to 5 people, back bitching,, 1 st company seen whose DGM is having 15 days Leave in every month.. bad work culture.. Only letters posting if any things go wrong with company.. HR only for Showoff.No mediclame,In less salary you have to work as a incharge...Every thing is messup in this company... Can't write more words... Don't go to spoil your Career..

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2.
