Simply put, there were no upsides at Incise Infotech Company. It's a place I wouldn't recommend due to numerous issues and a generally unpleasant atmosphere.🚫 People gets projects or clients only by using there tounge. 👅

At Incise Infotech, it was a toxic mess. People pulling each other down, terrible management, and you had to butter-up someone just to get a project. I've seen people are treating someone as there true father to get in a project. 🤐 Definitely not a place I'd recommend.❌ In this company the manager was a nightmare.🦉 Incompetent decision-making, zero support for the team, and a complete lack of leadership. Working under them was a constant struggle with no room for professional growth or a positive work environment. 🚫 Manager only interacts with you when you have done something wrong like late coming etc.👎 It's unfortunate that the toxic environment at your workplace has led to the development of crab mentality among the people.🦀😩 People are working here with no salary increment even after a year. Nothing as such to like here, been working here since past 1 year, Still haven't got even 1 opportunity to give client interview. Basically no growth at all, and bond condition makes it worst place there can be.
