1. Related to IT or BI they have only one project considering this job security goes zero for any employee working in ISS as if you don't meet with the expectation of senior lead or BI manager they will terminate you because of low performance which has happened with three employees in 7 months. 2. The project was earlier handled byVendor and now the company wants to run the project. The project is totally in unstable shape and expectations from managers and lead employees will work 24/7. I still remember when I raised that I cannot work on weekends I received a reply that in your offer letter there is a clause of 24/7 support and that's how you expected the offer. 3. Management doesn't have any technical / business knowledge. 4. Management wants Data engineer or BI Developer to work on software installation, troubleshoot network issues, SSO and MFA installations, ETL/reporting tool installations and configure, disk recovery activities. They don't have any Infra or Desktop support team to do Infra related activities. I am not sure, how a Data engineer/BI Developer is expected to do these activities which are definitely other than roles and responsibilities. 5. Also one more thing, they offer a package a bit over the market rate but once you are in this company, it will be really hard for you to get out of this company, because you will not get a higher package compared to this company package. 6.Apart from that if we try to go on leave they will reject it stating you are on probation or we have to deliver urgently xyz task. 7. Scrap insurance policy, they just provide 3L insurance policy without your parents coverage. 8. No canteen present in the office, you have the option to go for street food outside the office building. Think 10 times while selecting this company as an employer. Better not to think at all about this firm...otherwise you will be in a BIG trap. 9. Project is totally started from crash and company expectations from employee is employee will implement everything in a day or two. 10. The best thing senior lead or manager will never ask employees about timelines for any development and those timelines are unrealistic which cause the project to unstable. 11. Other than salary no benifits to employees, giving 3% or 4 % yearly hike, even they are not providing the cab.. no cafeteria no parking fecilities.... Also don't go under lady Manager's supervision that will spoil your career growth ..

Nothing to like as such except remote working in BI project but that is also uncertain. -Salary component has vehicle maintenance allowance, which good part to save tax. Apart from that, I didn't get anything to like about this company.

-BI manager, HR Head are very irresponsible and totally having unprofessional behavior. -Misuse of position and power from above said people. -HR India head is totally waste. They always listen to manager and he is not bother about employee. -Bi Project is totally scrap. Infra for project is not in place and BI Manager and product owner expects that Data engineer will setup everything for them. -Data engg is expected to sort out network issues, VPN issues, SAML/SSO/MFA setup, etl tool setp and so on ..... -BI project is just like garbage. Your experienced based suggestions are un-welcomed. They just want easy and quick solution instead of sustainable solution -The height is, BI manager is asking to insert full data (millions of records) on daily basis into table but they are not ready to implement CDC. -They directly makes commitments to end user as per their own convenience without involving data engineer and BI developers who are actually working on project. -The funny thing is commitments are totally unrealistic. -Absence of technical knowledge at BI management level. -in last 1.5 years, 4 data engineers and 4 BI developers joined and left BI project. -Worst employee insurance policy, I have ever seen in my career. No canteen in company, then what should employee eat when you are asking them to come to office ? -BI Manager expects you to work more than 12 hrs on daily basis. -Also you are expected to work on weekend, without any extra payment or comp off. -I saw 4 terminations in BI project in 2023 year and company has only 1 BI project.
