While my overall experience with the company has been positive, some areas could be improved, one aspect is communication between departments, which can sometimes be lacking and result in delays or misunderstandings. Additionally, the training programs, while comprehensive, could be more structured to better support employee development. lastly, the performance review process could be more transparent and consistent across teams.
