I like to do work in imperial martor. I give update of wellness and give information regarding upcoming company related things. I love the fact that i am a part of team that market reliable, High-quality products and has a global clients base

Dislikes

The work pressure is medium high some time work 10-12 hours. Some lack of training fresher.

Work Details

I have plan for raw material coming from vendor so according to plan for finish good. Along with manpower work and shift handling. I was learn in our company , change the setup . Not only document but also some kind of machine setting.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
