Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Dislikes

Just to sign the documents they need principals. No job security at all. They wantedly terminate the teachers in between the session. Unwanted deduction in salary without any reason. Never ever submit your original documents to them.
