There was no layoff or salary cut. HRs have always been in touch to keep a tab on our health and welfare. Besides, several online activities like sharing new workstation pictures, WFH pics, has been organised by the HR team. WFH is not fun but my office made it sure that it must not be boring either.

Dislikes

Increment and extra benefits like holiday compensation, 100% attendance compensation has been stopped.

I liked the fact that the company was open to all suggestions and feedback. They have an open door policy to work together as team to provide the best service in the industry. The people and teammates are very nice and very helpful.

Dislikes

Even after serving for so many years, the amount of productivity i was giving was not appraised in salary. They were ready to let me go instead of giving me a promotion or increase my salary to later hire people that are now being paid more than me.

Low salary Extreme toxic culture Avoid going to Swati's team, she literally made me cry in 2 weeks and then told me don't try to show everyone in the office that how we are torturing you They will tell you that every alternate weekend you have to work, but that is a nonsense you have to work on all the weekends You have to work on Diwali, Holi, eid, Rakshabandhan, they provide you extra on that day (1500 per holiday) But you don't want to spoil your festival for Rs 1500 You can work on those days from home and as per your convenience They stopped giving this during COVID, I don't know if they have started it again or not No salary hike, no promotion In 3 yrs I got salary hike of 200rs per month or Rs 2400 pa, when I told them that I am resigning then they raised my salary by Rs 4,000 and promoted, however I didn't want to stay and left for a bigger and better opportunity...Read More
