This is about my personal experience. The opportunity to work with Immersive Infotech is a great experience. Immersive gives me excellent Career Growth with challenging opportunities. The working culture is wonderful. All the management is very good and co-operative. Thank you Immersive Infotech.

Dislikes

I don't have much about anything negative about Immersive.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
