They simply hire and fire. They take in many employees and then they start firing. Low salary, and very harsh behaviours of the seniors.

Salary on a fixed day.

Dislikes

No job security, no carrier growth, very low salary, no appraisal at all. Management in Kolkata is very bad. No work-life balance as the management has already declared that no one will get holidays on any festival be it US/Australia or Indian Holiday. Have to work more than 12 to 14hours per day, If there is no work, management will deduct leave. in one word, a very bad company with very bad management....Read More
