The Company was good. I had wished to work with them more and grow.

Dislikes

The team environment, specifically HR team as I was in the same. HR team of any company is the heart of that company but here it was Abusive and negative atmosphere, favouritisms by the Hr herself, no appreciation at all. I was not provided my offer letter for 2 weeks. I was working widout a PC and a landline for almost 10 days. No proper management. Was highly disappointed. With average salary being provided which was not at all worth. I worked here only for 2 weeks....Read More

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
