One of the worst when it comes to work life balance So far, two employees have had serious health issues while at office ( one heart attack and one anxiety attack) They don't care about their employees, They don't reward even thier top performers The HR head takes everything personally and avoids you even when there's a high need Wouldn't recommend to the worst of my enemies

A few observations would be - - Salary increment could be better. - Career support and clarity on career path in the company could be more talked about for the clarity and satisfaction of the employees. - Feedback system could be implemented for a better and improving work culture.
