The work culture is worst. Not even the managers know the workplace ethics. Do not have proper training sessions. Nor the mentors on the floor were available. No call buddying happened to make us learn what we used to do on calls.

Dislikes

The workplace is not organized in respective of any means. The HR is never understandable. I raised a complaint regarding harassment no action was taken. It was very un professional working place with minimum ethics.

Work Details

It was horrible. No balance between personal and professional life . Used to make us work for more hours to complete the target. Managers Never used to understand the complications while working

Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
