when I was joined and stepped into the work place i felt like a college environment.Firstly training was really great our trainer is very cool person vinod hanumantha awesome with explanation of the concepts.secondly,collegues were very friendly and supportive,job security is good ,transport facility is also good with Two way cab pick and drop,salary and appraisal are the 2 things which i have not satisfied.Rest all everything is perfect.it is like a almost family environment...Read More

compensation is not satisfactory and Appraisal also not good .Even getting 5 rating in the performance there is no reward and recognization .No hike in the salary in the annual appraisal which i was most dissappointed .Rest all are good

Work Details

As we all Know meeting the company expectations is more important when we are working they are challenges in the early days but once we excelled it was quite easy for me.Finally,It is a great learning experience

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
