There is no positive thing in this company. It's just a scam if you go there for an interview they will scam you and they don't hire anyone and they will reject you without any reason.

Was laid off without any prior notice. No employment support was given. No thriving culture despite the founder being from the IIT. I hope he introspected that he made a mistake by hiring stupid people (Not deemed fit to be called leaders as leaders are empathetic, are genuinely interested in their people's careers and growth). Tarun ran the company as if it was a Baniya shop. Now, after the acquisition, I don't know if the culture has become even abysmal or has improved. The best thing is you can put forth your views, they also consider your opinions in process making. Managers, senior managers were open to conversations and also never bothered about hierarchy for the same. The environment was quite friendly and understanding. In the Bangalore team, people have been very good.

soft skills are poor, there is no room to learn more. people with inadequate knowledge are given higher positions at times and it becomes difficult trust. job security is zero and HRs do not respond to your greviances. for the whole company strength of about 120-130 there was only one HR. There were no basic necessaries like a cleaner, and small coffee machine or tissues or stationary. Just nothing. There was no one to even look not these things, the employee should look into it as and when he/she has a need for it. salary was always delayed, reimbursements & incentives were always delayed upto 6 months. The grievances were acknowledged but never addressed to. The major issue was bullying , for smallest thing like being a vegetarian. People of certain teams were very judgemental and used to pass comments which spoilt the whole work environment....Read More
