It is a very worst place to work as there are no systematic workflow, moreover the HR and the other officers are very rude in their own behaviour. It was me who served the organisation for 3 weeks and they jus terminated me for taking a leave - the explanation from their side was you could have informed the HR and Manager via email before 9pm but what I did was informed the manager via call and when I went to asking the salary for these many days, guess what they replied - i am sorry, you were terminated regarding disciplinary ground so no salary for you.Even they don’t follow company hierarchy .Worst experience.And to complete their work ,they will make us to sit till 10:30 without any extra pay ....Read More

I was working as an Operation Executive as I was requested to analyse the question and correct it and upload it in the database as it was a learning flatform.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Strict Timings)

Good work-life balance, Good Payroll system.

Dislikes

Terrible and very poor management of IIHT Yaksha Dept. Poor business strategies which fluctuates every week, leading confusion to move forward with improper work environment. Yaksha management has no proper guidelines towards sales strategies & employees are pushed forward to executives with frustration and layoff. Poor KT sessions for WFH freshers. Unavailablity & poor response of reporting manager, seniors & other team members with bad code of conduct & prefers talking with unprofessional & unproductive topics.
