Our office looks like old office, better to shift in new place. And I have hired with less package and appraisal they have not raised atleast. I joined as a junior qa, but even after appraisal is over they dint even changing my designation.its still as junior tag, its disappointing me much.

Pathetic accounts team. Fraudsters. Never pay money. IIHT is a big fraud company who has not paid my 2.5L rs till now for the corporate training I had taken for CGI company. They took money from CGI but did not pay to me for my training. I don't know how such big companies also pay to vendors like IIHT even after complaining to their LND teams.

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
