Staffs are mostly undergraduate so can't expect good operations in branch they don't pay TA and other expenses they expect us to pay first then they gonna approve if they like or you gonna lose that money . Their targets are unbelievable for everyones b'day the branch is open from 8am to 8pm. And theirs much more ...mostly toxic people .. the don't care much about staff and customers they care about profits...Read More

Thats a good place where you actually feel like doing service not a servant. From logical goals to compensation and office timing, all very good. (Writing basis my tenure with IIFL till Mar 2020)

Job is not secured, your one mistake you will be fired with great insult. This is happening with all departments employees. No scope of your work recognition. No motivation for your hard work. Respect of employees is meaningless for them.
