Iifl co. Atmosphere is very bad. My life very bad decision i was joined iifl. Seniors not supports to juniors.in lockdown period company gave lots of presure to employee.and started cost cutting.

Only salary appraisal is good.. But promotion may be get after long time even you work haldly or smartly
