Nothing at all. Pathetic HR policies. Not at all transparent. I got a call via Naukri.com and I didn’t apply but they were very eager to take me and gave good compensation. I resigned in 6 months. zero facilities for employees. Everything sucks there. Cafeteria smells very badly. One thing I dislike the most is there no learning from senior management. No proper alignment of tasks or vision. HR talks very rudely and are not at all considerate if you highlight some issue to them. Typical “LALLA COMPANY”.
