The work in IGP is good and there is a lot for a new employee to learn.
Dislikes
the owner of IGP and his sycophants harass the employees and flatter the owner and discuss the personal life of the employee more than his work. Neither salary is given on time nor appraisal is done on time. Very dirty type of politics is played and that too owner plays politics with the employees. If an employee flatters the owner, the owner takes him away.
