Ignitarium has very good work culture where everyone has equal opportunity to learn, there are so many in house projects running and always work on latest technology! It's really helpfull for me since I joined as junior member and grew upto Staff engineer with great learning and appraisal as well!

Office parties are very less!

Great company with great culture. Management is easily accessible and cooperative. Steep learning curve. Ample of opportunities to learn and grown. Good Mentorship with balanced work life balance.

Dislikes

Projects should be assigned as per employees Proficiency, expertise and interest rather than deligating similar work to all the employees. Salary should be competent comparing other players in the market.
