1.It used to be a nice company with decent work culture and management but now people should avoid joining this company.

Dislikes

1.The new head & Director of IG India is not employee centric. Focuses more on pleasing higher ups seating in London. 2.Old management was good, the new CEO & mgmt has completely change the IG culture & its no longer a decent company like it used to be. 3.Bonus pool has been cut off, no salary increase. 4.Learning platforms like coursera has been shut off & job switch within the organization is a pain now. 5.It was a nice company but I would not recommend any of my friends/family to join it from now....Read More

Used to love this company before the Bangalore leadership change. A few perks like internet and gym reimbursement, WFH set-up reimbursement, free lunch and snacks and a Hybrid work culture. New management is not at all employee-centric. The new regional head has spoilt the org culture, people no longer feel fulfilled and there is no job security.

Dislikes

First of all, the coffee vending machine here sucks - you need to bring your coffee to work! I would no longer recommend this company to any of my family/friends or even enemies. The culture has turned very toxic. No promotion happens in this region - all big roles are going to Poland - feel like there is subtle racism creeping in.Employees from the UK and other "Whiter" regions get opportunities to work from global offices - but not Indian employees. The hike % is a joke every year - unlike other organisation, here it is based on regional inflation rate (and not based on individual performance) - not sure which brain thought this is a good idea to keep high performers motivated....Read More

Great company to work. Work life balance is good. After new organization level changes, people were laid off. Flexibility in some teams.
