Poor management, less cooperation, students manipulate the management due to lack of quality and less support they get from institute. Delay in salaries. When you resign company delays in FNF settlement. Worst HR cooperation.

Earlier it was a good organization, but after the change of earlier administration(VC). The new administration (M.P Pandey and his team), has ruined the situation(for employees and researchers)

Currently everything is worse and will get worst unitl the current administration and administrator(MP Pandey) is changed.

Don't work here, this place is rotten and full of politics. If you like to spend life happy don't go there, if you work their you will be be targeted by politics. I worked for more than 7 years, and everyday was struggling, eventually I left the place before they fire. People who worked in the same department and from other departments were all fired and those licckk the arses were still working.
